NONY firm works in all areas of the industrial property (IP) field to French and foreign clients, for which each year submits more than one hundred patents, designs and trademarks.
Within its patent/trademark team bringing together around 30 IP professionals, our firm has notably around 15 IP experts with technical skills in the field of mechanics, physics, elctronics, especially in the field of lasers, microwave, photonics.
Historically based in Paris, NONY has now offices close to its clients in Grenoble, Lyon, Nice, Nantes and, since 2019, in Toulouse.
To assist you in your innovative project, NONY is available to evaluate the different aspects of your IP to be considered (Filings of patents, models, and trademarks, patentability studies, Freedom to operate studies, Agreements).
