Our team supports compagnies who wants to establish their activities in our region. We develop and make available innovative and scalable infrastructures, mainly adapted to technological and scientific activities.
We manage real estate allowing the industrial, research and tertiary reception of these companies. We address the specific needs related to their activities: clean rooms, laboratories, production workshops and other services on site (meeting rooms, dining spaces, videoconferencing...)
