Company information :
TE-OX develops and manufacture new ultra-fast RF components. We commercialise a new disruptive technology based on an oxide material (VO2) that has an ultra-fast phase change from an insulating to a metallic state within a time scale of few picoseconds. We have demonstrated the feasibility of the technology by electrothermal activation, which is obviously significantly slower, and we are working on the improvement of the optical activation that will offer the targeted communication speed.
TE-OX has archived a large expertise in Material development and characterisation and 3D modelling and simulation under commercial Electromagnetic 3D solvers: CST studio suite, and COMSOL multiphysics.
We are now offering our services on3D modelling and simulation and materials craracterisation by AFM (Park System) and XRD.
TE-OX is installing our R&D clean room facilities (ISO 6 and ISO 8) at Courtabœuf Paris-Saclay area (91) that will be partially opened to SMEs.
